General Bonus Terms & Conditions

1. When using bonus money, you have to complete the wagering requirements in order to make any cashouts of the bonus or winnings by bets using bonus money. If you request a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are met, Pirateplay will deduct the whole bonus amount and any winnings made from bonus money before approving any withdrawal.
2. All bonus money will expire after 7 days unless anything else is stated in the individual offers or campaigns.
3. If not stated otherwise, each offer is valid only during the date it was originally sent.
4. Individual offers can have different terms. In these cases, such information shall be made available to the player.
5. Any balance that consists of bonus money will use the funds in the following order: Any real money related to a deposit bonus is used first, bonus money is used secondly, and real money not tied to any bonus is used last.
6. When playing with bonus money, the maximum bet for all game types (slots, live games, table games, scratch, action games) is €5 (Unless stated otherwise in special terms for the bonus). Purchasing any game features (including but not limited to ’respin’) will add to your bet amount. If the player exceeds the maximum bet when the bonus is active, Pirateplay reserves the right to confiscate the winnings.
7. Wagering on most games will contribute towards the wagering requirement, but certain games contribute more than others. The following is a list of contributions towards wagering requirements for each individual game type:

8. Winnings from "free spin" or "bonus" rounds features initiated with bonus funds but completed after the bonus has been wagered, lost or forfeited will be removed.
9. The use of bonus funds to win more than twice of bonus received on table games and video poker before changing back to slot machines with the purpose of completing wagering requirements can result in your winnings being confiscated and account being closed.
10. Where there is a reasonable suspicion that the account holder has committed or attempted to commit a bonus abuse, either on their own or as part of a group, Pirateplay.com reserves the right to:

• forfeit the bonus allocated to the account holder and any winnings from that bonus, and/or
• revoke, deny, or withdraw a bonus offer from the Account Holder, and/or block access to particular products, and/or
• exclude the Account Holder from any future promotional offers, and/or
• terminate the Account Holder’s account with immediate effect.
